Option to specify kindle folder location

The program fails to find my kindle books and fails to convert any books when I change the default location of them in the Kindle reader.

a percent indicator and elapsed time indicator

Please add an indicator of how many percent the program is currently working on with a conversion and also it would be nice to see an elapsed time indicator. Also, after it accomplished the conversion, please show how much time it took to...
